(doodle sketch - may just get turned into a Christmas card design...)
I don't know about you but things are feeling really intense around here today. Nothing specific with me but just a feeling of uncomfortable intensity...
Needing some levity
some white light of protection.
Where do I turn for that ?
I turn inward and seek the calm...
Deep breaths...
Inhale to center...
Exhale to release...
And outwardly,
I turn to the angels and ask for some help...
Some help to find peace...
I offer up a prayer to them
to help me...
and to help you...
You are pulled from the wreckage
Of your silent reverie
You're in the arms of the angel
May you find some comfort here
You're in the arms of the angel
May you find some comfort here
Be in the the arms of the angels today, Beautiful Ones.
Big Love to you !
I turn to prayer too! This time of year; things can get pretty intense as you focus on what has to be done. I put myself in His hands and allow that peace to flow through me. May you be filled with that peace.

And love to you, Kim.
ReplyDeleteI am sure that you were surrounded my lovely angels all day....
ReplyDeleteI had a period years ago when my daughter Sarah was sick and we didn't know what was wrong and I remember listening to Sarah McLaughlin singing that song over and over and it was comfort to me. I still love her original rendition from the movie.

Some days all we really need is the angels...to be in those arms and know that no matter what is happening in life, we are comforted and not alone. I'm glad you were able to turn inward to find the breath and the angels. ♥
ReplyDeleteAnd this angel is most definitely a Christmas card design...or a painting...or anything you wish it to be!
Angel greetings to you, my friend. I hope things are looking up and that big heart of yours is feeling a little lighter.
