The smiles mark the days
I take Good Care of my Self.
Day One, everyday.
**************
Seems kind of childish, like getting a gold star for behaving in class.
But watching the calendar fill up with happy faces, and having to pass by it every day, multiple times a day, as the calendar is right by the computer, will be motivating I think.
Used to help with my first graders so why not with little old me ?
As you can see by the calendar, we are headed to Maine next week.
We will be staying in a nicely equipped camper at a campsite just down the road from the beach.
Cooler temps. and quieter beaches await us,
and that is just fine with me.
The ocean, art supplies, books on the Nook, cozy sleeping bags for two, my pooch
and my Man…
Sounds like a perfect vacation to me !
Thanks in advance to my friend Colleen-y, who will be taking care of the kitties at home.
Wishing all of you a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
Remember to take some down time for yourself. That’s what it is all about, right ?
Big Love !
Haiku My Heart Fridays are hosted by the remarkable and beautiful Rebecca at recuerda mi corazon.
