Haiku My Heart – Being here now.

DSC05514

I am sad today.

Friends in pain, hardships abound.

I send light and love.

  6. My dear friend. You and many others have touched my heart and do so over and over every week with your kind words and lessons learned. It will take time, that is the hardestb task in front of me, but with the light and love sent by you and so many I feel so very fine this hour. Thank you so very much.
    I love your hat!

Peace to you and all you hold dear.

  7. Sending you so much love.

And so much gratitude for BEING just exactly WHERE YOU ARE. The world needs more of that- authenticity, and courage to just experience what comes (good or bad).

    *huge hugs*

  10. Kimmy, you are so beautiful! I just love this 'sad' picture. I have a sad one on myself that I love too! We are multi-dimensional in many ways...I send love to your friend Spadoman. I love him cause he is your friend. Sending him and you much love. Healing of the heart - that's what we are about!

  12. So true, how often we walk around feeling broken and whole at the same time. In feeling as I do (and you know because we just spoke) I am realizing I can do both at the same time. <3

  20. so sorry you are sad.. sometimes it's fulfilling to dwell in sadness, wallow in it a bit if you can. Love the post about the altar, I was going to make a post about my altars recently too, will have to do that soon! If you haven't gotten it you should receive the sketchbook soon!
