I open my heart.

In comes love. In comes pain. Still,

I open my heart.

I hope your big and beautiful hearts are open to this bittersweet and precious life today.

Big Love !

  7. What a fabulous work of art. Opening it up and sharing, teaching people to do the same. One day we will all have that shining light you speak of in your haiku. I have hope, that's why I still love in the face of pain. I think it is what keeps me alive, to continue to trust and love no matter what pain or pinnacle of life has in store.
Beautiful post today from a beautiful soul. I appreciate your words and friendship so much.

    Much Peace and Light

  22. Wonderful thought! The good and bad usually come at the same time it seems, but what else would we do? Congratulations on all your rocks sales for Patti's husband, that's quite an undertaking you have commited to, here's to hoping you have created tons of good karma for all!

  24. Yep...we have to work at opening up our hearts!! Why's it so hard? I know the pain hurts, but it goes away, and we are left just a little better in the good stuff then!
