I celebrate you.

It’s my birthday tomorrow, October 9th.

I will be 45 years old.

Wowza !

Time is going fast !

Birthdays kind of make you reflect on where you are right now in relationship to the past and to the future, don’t they ?

I am happy to say that where I am right now is a pretty good place.

I have let go of quite a bit of unrealistic, unfair expectations for myself.

I have come to love a lot of things about my present life that make it feel like a great pair of jeans that are worn in just the right way and that make you feel good when you put them on. Of course, I do wish that the size on the jeans was a lot smaller…

I have things I want to work on for the future but they are gentler dreams. No “big, hurry up, time is running out, you will be nothing without achieving this!” kind of dreams. More like, “to feel like you have truly lived the life your Soul wants to live, your focus needs to be here” kind of dreams.

And a lot more living and enjoying the present, precious moment to its fullest, is what I plan to do tomorrow…

Off to visit the wonderful Montreal peeps over the weekend – Canadian Thanksgiving and birthday treats. Will take lots of pics with the new camera, I am sure.
