Let Life Flow...

Going

today.

Trying to

Thankful, always for friends, old and new,

(Chica and Baron from my walk with my friend Colleen)

and art, especially art that comes from the heart .

( My ATC for Kind over Matter Blogaversary Swap).

Time to love on myself a little bit.
Giving out love,
and prayers,
and focusing on the "details in the fabric"
takes a lot of energy,
doesn't it ?

Going to cherish myself so I have more to give out...

We tend to think being hard on
ourselves will make us strong.
But it is cherishing ourselves
that gives us strength.
- Julia Cameron

and keep on remembering that

giving yourself

Happy Friday, Beautiful Ones. Go give yourself some loving now !

I had retail therapy yesterday which is a way I love myself, just had a walk with Flynn where I love myself by going out in nature, even in winter, and now I am going to love myself with a trip to town and a gift from Michael's to me. There is lots of loving going on here today.

Hi Kim, it's Kim again. I realized that you and I were posting almost simultaneously about working from the heart - more synchronicity!

I think I've just found Nirvana. Reading your post tonight and seeing your photos (I love the one of Chic and Baron romping in the snow) induced a kind of dopey, happy glow. "Kind Over Matter," that kills me, and so does that cigar band. This collage should be a Valentine we all send to ourselves! Thank you for giving me permission, lovely one.

Love this Kim - needed to hear it - giving myself a hug right now.

Blessings upon blessings to you,

What a wonderful post, Kim. Your work keeps getting better and better. It's always a pleasure to come here to visit and be reminded that our inner world and outer world is connected. And that glorious photo of the pups romping in the snow. Love indeed!
