Haiku My Heart–Time to rise up

 

February’s gone !

Winter’s grip is slackening.

My time to rise up.

This is how Boo and I feel about winter.

None of us here are sad to see the month of February go !

When I realized the date today,

it made me feel lighter somehow.

Like it is time to shake off the cloak and let the lengthening light warm me into action and into moving forward.

Hope,

I think is what they call it.

And I will take it !

    I felt the same way when I realized it was March 1st..and the sun is out -- I don't care that it's really cold or there is frozen snow/ice on the ground...it's March 1st and amen, it is time to get back in to the garden!!!! Have a lovely MARCH weekend my lovely! xoxox

    I totally am with you and boo on many a winter day... glad to breathing your breath too... please say a little prayer for our sweet pup Ellie, bringing her home from vet in about an hour she's been having many seizures since yesterday... finally stopped at around 6am this morning, hoping the cycle is broken and can manage with meds at home now:-(
