Haiku My Heart Friday–Sunflower Girl

June 2011, sunflower girl 001

Imagine the Strength

Growth from seed to tall flower

We have it within.

********************************

I am feeling strong today.

Know why ?

Because I feel really loved.

Isn’t that why we are here ?

And when we feel Loved, we radiate more Love back out and keep the whole thing constantly a-flowing…

Like I said, Powerful Stuff.

I am going to use my Powers for good today.

And fill some more people up.

It doesn’t cost me anything at all.

In fact, I get paid back for giving it all away…

Ten-fold.

Have a super Loving Friday, Powerful Ones.

Hi Kim~ Being loved is the most wonderful gift in the world!

I love the bright, vivid drawing and the imagery of your haiku! Strange how my post shares the same theme but not the life of yours. Mine was about the spiral as symbol of our journey--look at your woman's cheek (!), and the sunflower has a spiral in the center. Love your post! Big Hugs!

Mahvelous sentiments, Kimmy-poo. Sunflower imagery, tall, reaching, growing to ridiculous proportions, so apt for us in this time. Lovely.

Hi Kim,
I love your message. Sunflowers were my mom's favorite flower and I always think of her when I see them. I love the idea of the strength within being compared to seed and flowering. Sunflowers have so many seeds you can't go wrong. Love does radiate out and come back, I so agree.
xoxo,
Noelle

Closing my eyes and letting this vision of positive growth fill my head and heart so that I can recognize it's possibility even in the gloomy passages. Beautiful! Thank you!

You are so LOVE-ly and so very LOVE-able, Kim. Wanted to share that I put some of your rocks in a sweet dahlia that I gave to my two friends when their 18.5 y/o German Shepherd died several weeks ago. They LOV-ed their rocks! Just the messages they needed.
xoxo
