Carved some stamps...
That is a very zen activity too, just like rock painting.
Good for crazy brain.
Stamped some newly carved stamps...
A bird story of some kind...
Jack the Crow and the Flower Stalk maybe...
Worked on some journal page foundations for Art Love Letters class.
Tried out some paint splattering techniques...
Somehow, I ended up splattering myself much more than the page with one of my slaps.
These photos are of me after I thought I have wiped all the paint off
and went into the livingroom to say hi to David.
Guess I missed a spot.
Or two...
Happy Saturday, Playmates !

Wow, I really love what you are working on here!
I also enjoy carving stamps. So fun!
Very cool stamps! What did you carve them into?
I had to laugh at the paint on your nose....because I do that all the time. My hubby is always saying "um, you might want to look in the mirror!"
Happy Saturday right back at you! I really really like your bird story page...awesome stamps there lady!
You finally made yourself a crow!!! and a few other goodies I see. They're wonderful and "you"...do I hear marketing of these in the future?!?!?! Hmmmm???? You could you know, you could....
Happy paint all over the place and a smiling face...the Queen is happy...and all is good with the world!! :)
I love your stamps, and it looks like you had so much fun. take care.
Kim,
The internet just ate my lovely comment so I will begin again. Love the pic with paint on your nose. I often find myself in a store and I look at my hands or arms and find paint. I usually do not get it on my face, I guess that will be next.
Great stamps, I want to get back to carving some... Love seeing them stamped on old book pages. I love that look, I should do it more often. I got a postcard in the swap where the artist drew a lovely face over a book page. It looked awesome.
Have an artsy weekend.
Kate
Great stamps. I especially like your painted face. I did the same thing yesterday all over me!!!
I love the crow and the round pattern stamp on a branch? So fun.
Looks like you did have a happy play day.
