Share the Joy Thursday–Putting the gloves on…

It is 39 degrees this morning.

That about 4 degrees Celsius.

I could let that cold get me down, knowing it is just the beginning of the long, cold, cold-ening ahead.

But just like I am choosing not to let stresses or worries that are all in my head take over my day,

I won’t let the cold steal the wonder of being alive away from me this morning.

I am turning to JOY instead !

These beautiful hand-made felted fingerless gloves appeared to me first thing on my desk in the studio.

My friend Suzy made them for me last year.

I love them.

From the colors, to how they fit me perfectly,

right down to the perfect little heart she added on the bottom inside.

Life is so full of joyous little treats, ready to greet our hearts when we open them, and

let LOVE come in.

Look for, and love those little joys today, Beautiful Ones.

They are nourishment for your heart and Soul !

For more joy inspiration, plus an announcement about an amazing new project called Finally Me, head over to Meri’s Musings.

Boy did we need these this morning. I even dug out the down vest! Yikes, hope this is not the beginning of lighting the wood stove. I am going to hold out for a couple more weeks....Love those felted wonders. xox Corrine

love your fingerless gloves.....and love you, too !

we're having a heatwave at the moment....mother nature is so fickle :)

Those gloves are SO you!! Suzy knows you well!!! Love the colours.

We're like Beth and having a heat wave right now. It's meant to be 21c (that's low 70s for your US friends!) for the long weekend with lots of sunshine...can't think of better weather for Thanksgiving!

But you're right on the button...we are coming to those days where fingerless gloves are going to keep us nice and toasty warm! xo

I really like those fingerless gloves, My Queen. I have some that are just plain fleece. Does Suzy sell them somewhere? I hope so, as I'd like to get some. May Big Love warm your cold weather, xoO

I'm still in shorts down here... but it's getting a little cooler at night. Sometimes choosing joy is not that easy... but I'm making the attempt each day.

Those gloves are fabulous. We got 4 inches of snow, it was hard to be happy about it but I managed somehow. This is way early for us to have snow.

I adore the snuggly gloves. A dear friend of mine crocheted some fingerless gloves for me as well. They are a lifesaver and so lovely. I think yours are divine but your message is the BEST. So positive and uplifting. Thank you, Kim for always being a source of goodness and positive energy.
