Today, I will do the following things to show myself some love :
1. Go for a walk with the dog.
2. Eat Greek yogurt and Kashi cereal for breakfast.
3. Call a friend and vent, laugh and cry if necessary.
4. Take a hour to play in my neglected art journal.
5. Make a list of things I am grateful for in my neglected gratitude journal.
