Hubby came home last night after a week away.
This morning, I got up and started singing my silly made-up song about “Super Chica”, to the tune of the Indiana Jones Theme Song.
“Super Chica, she’s a dog. Super Chica, she’s a daw..aw...awg.”
You know how it goes.
Anyway, he started laughing.
I grabbed him and gave him a big smooch and said:
“I am so glad you are home !
I finally have someone to laugh at my silly jokes again !”
Here’s to wonderful, silly, sweet, Kim & Dave Love !
Welcome home, my Best Friend, welcome home !

I am so happy for you both, that you can enjoy each other so much. And that you can laugh at and with each other.
It has long been a wish for me in my marriage that my husband would laugh at my jokes, but he never has. Not once. I have to admit that I do entertain myself quite well though, and that others find my jokes funny. I used to joke with and tease my pets too (I no longer have pets). Anyway, I wanted to make the point of how very precious this is--the ability to laugh and find humor through the trials and struggles of life.
May you continue to enjoy each other and bless each other with laughter and joy! xoO
Great post Queen! How long have you two been together?
Delightful!
You two are so cute together hamming it up with your smooches. xox Corrine
What a magical life you have, Kim. I am more than thrilled with your painting 'equilibrium' Doncha just love the way painting come together perfectly if you are opened to it?
♥♥♥
PS: I love Chinese food! I even use MSG when I cook mine...never a bad reaction...I must have a tolerance built up. I think 'Puffy Kim' is beautiful...and would be the perfect name when you become a rap star!
Oh look at the Lovebirds. so glad he is home again. Nothing like silly laughter to keep that love growing. I know laughter is one of the reasons I am with my hubby. have a great fun day. hugs.
